We are Sylvian Care Kingston, a specialist provider of domiciliary care service based in Epsom. Registered with the CQC and with a rating of ‘Good’ in all areas; we specialise in dementia care, live-in care, night care, respite care, reablement and hospital discharge support. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, hand selecting all staff members to ensure our team have the skills and compassion to deliver the best possible care.
All care services are completely bespoke, ensuring the individual needs of each service user are met. Care can be as often or as little as you would like, with hourly care services guaranteeing you receive the support you are looking for and are comfortable with. Our team can also offer support with additional tasks such as preparing meals, helping with chores, and providing companionship.
